And that's the end of that!
Anywho. I had done some research on that topic... And found out it has something to do with the way your brain maps out your space. So, in time, I will feel smaller. It will happen. I'm just used to feeling overweight and I will for a while longer. I can work on it by doing excersises on a Bosu board (or similar balance excersises).
I posted a picture of the old me on a wall in my room so when I look at it, I know what I once was. I am feeling better. It's been three months since I wrote that previous post.
Down to 131 pounds on average. Feeling pretty darn good. I'm starting the see and feel the changes to my body. I'm doing yoga three times a week. I'm running four to five miles as often as I can. Which I hope to be almost every day.
I bought a bike and am cycling about ten miles to twenty five miles at a time. Depending on weather and time. I've enrolled and applied to schools. I decided on a career path.
Tomorrow I go to a conference of sorts on Tibettan Buddhism hosted by none other than His Holiness the Dalai Lama. It's a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn from him the basics of Buddhism in person.
Life is pretty good. I have a lot going on. Blog updates may be more frequent. And I'm not sure if I have any readers! But that's ok. :)
